Concrete in the Sky

Concrete workers used a truck-mounted boom pump to pour a new parking lot at La Grange Tire Monday morning, Dec. 28. The bright green contraption attracted quite a bit of attention around town that day. La Grange Tire owner Keith Weishuhn said the old asphalt parking lot was getting cracked and broken, so he decided to rebuild it with concrete.
