Kudos to Theatre

To the editor:

Fayette County has reason to be most proud of its volunteers who are “breaking a leg” on the acting stage. The Fayette County Community Theater (FCCT) has presented two plays, which I had the privilege of seeing for two consecutive Saturday nights. The dramatic “Edith Stein” and the dear “Little Women (a student production) could not have been more professionally presented or fully appreciated by the audiences.

One must wonder what to expect when the theatre settles into what is planned as its new home on the south side of the square in La Grange. The community sees the dedicated hard work of next-door neighbors who find fulfillment in working as a team to bring joy to others or who are fulfilling a personal dream on the stage.
