Behlen’s Garden Wisdom

To the Editor:

Andy Behlen, please keep your instructive and interesting garden articles coming. I anticipate the newspaper just to read them. Perhaps you’ll continue sharing your personal experience in the garden through the fall and winter growing season as well for those of us attempting to become more efficient in our efforts.

Regarding having come home to your garden after vacationing and finding many of your food plants severely wilted or dead, I can say the same for our garden. My experience has been that the heat of the sun is brutal not only on people, but food garden plants as well. I’m looking forward to the cooler season gardening as well as more of your articles.
