Lady Leps Roll in Home Finale

The Lady Leps only have two seniors, but Landri Hernandez and Kaylee Holmes’ final home game was a celebratory one as the La Grange girls smoked Caldwell 70-22 Friday. “I told them before the game that I was proud of them for sticking with it,” La Grange head coach Heath Golan said.

Even Short-Handed, Leps Stay Dominant In District Basketball

With more than half of the varsity boys basketball team sitting out for what was termed “poor decisions on social media” the La Grange Leps still stayed unbeaten in district play. With a number of JV callups playing key minutes the Leps beat Caldwell 54-38 Friday as La Grange improved to 21-8 overall and 7-0 in district.

LHS Swimmers State Bound!

The La Grange girls 200 Yard Freestyle Relay team is headed to the state meet after swimming a 1:53.62 at regionals last week. The team includes, left to right: Eleanor Carey, Paige Michalke, Celeine Fabre and Adysen Janacek.

High Drama on the Soccer Field

Cabrera Scores 3, Torres Boots Game-Winner Friday night for the La Grange boys soccer team was a rollercoaster that ended at the top. Up 2-1 thanks to a pair of goals by Jeffrey Cabrera, La Grange seemed to be headed for a win over Rockdale before the Tigers scored on a free kick with just six minutes left to tie the game.
