The series “Love & Death” which filmed extensively in La Grange (in and around Cottonwood Inn, pictured above in the trailer for the series) and around the central Texas area, is set for an official premiere April 27 on HBO Max. Fayette County Commissioners Court recognized two local EMS medics for reaching important milestones in their careers.

Patty Nelson, 35-year EMS veteran, and Melody McCoy, who recently completed her 15th year at Fayette County EMS, were both honored for their years of service at the Commissioners Court meeting on Thursday, April 13.
