Volleyball Roundup: More Tuesday Night Match Recaps

Schulenburg

The Schulenburg volleyball team lost its match Tuesday at Shiner in five sets, 26-24, 18-25, 16-25, 25-23, 12-15.

Landry Zapalac had 41 assists, four aces and 15 digs. Emmrie Marx had 19 kills. Haylee Vacek had 16 kills and nine digs. Michaela Kollman had 26 digs. Avery Helms had 18 digs. Reagan Dusek had six kills. Madison Kunschick had eight digs. Clara Magliolo had three aces.

The Lady Horns fell to 26-11 overall and 4-2 in district.

Fayetteville

The Fayetteville volleyball team blasted Prairie Lea Tuesday 25-4, 25-7, 25-7.

The Lady Lions improved to 24-9 overall and 3-0 in district with the win.

Scotti Beseda had five kills and 10 assists. Emily Keilers had 12 aces. Lainey Gromanski had 10 aces and four kills.

Cambree Denham had four kills. Kylie Morgensen had eight aces.
