UIL State Football Semifinals Are Set

Columbus knocked off Franklin 62-42 in the state quarterfinals last week and the Cardinals now advance to face undefeated Edna in the state semis. Meanwhile Shiner and Ganado are marching into the state semis, but Lexington saw its playoff run end in a 3125 loss to Tidehaven.

Waco La Vega, which bounced the Leps from the playoffs in the first round is still alive as well.

Class 6A Division I
