Twelve Teams Come to La Grange For the Rusty Cauthern Relays

Retired La Grange track coach Rusty Cauthern, whom Thursday’s relays were named for, served as the starter for the meet.
The 12-team Rusty Cauthern Relays were contested Thursday at Leopard Stadium, with the rain impacting the meet. Several late events were not contested.
In the boys team standings, La Grange was third with 70 points behind winner Lockhart, which had 98.
In the girls team standings, La Grange was second with 92.5 points behind winner Giddings, which had 112 points.
