Three From Fayetteville Headed to State in Track

Three Fayetteville High School track athletes (Mason Fenhaus, Cole Jurecka and Cambree Denham) are headed to the state track meet by finishing in the top two of their events at the regional meet in Seguin last week. Meanwhile, at the III-4A regional meet in Bullard, La Grange has several regional qualifiers compete, but only one medalist.

Junior Macie Collier placed third in the 300 meter hurdles in a time of 43.39. She was also 6th in the 100 hurdles in a time of 15.80.

La Grange freshman sisters Addie and Harper Griffin were sixth and seventh respectively in the discus with throws of 114-8 and 113-2.
