Thompson State-Bound

Schulenburg’s Calvin Thompson is headed to state in powerlifting after placing second in the Superheavyweight division at regionals March 9. Thompson squatted 550 pounds, bench pressed 315 and dead-lifted 450. He will compete at state in Abilene March 22-23.
