Sodek Scores 29 as Flatonia Girls Roll in Playoff Opener

The Flatonia girls basketball team had no trouble in their first round playoff game Monday in Caldwell, blasting Rosebud-Lott 88-21.
Summer Sodek scored a team-high 29 points. Dani Vinklarek scored 20, Jalee Trusell had 12 and Allie Uzzell scored 10.
Sodek also had eight steals, nine assists and eight rebounds.
Allie Uzzell had a teamhigh nine rebounds.
The Lady Bulldogs (27-4 overall) now advance to play Mumford at 6:30 p.m. Friday in Giddings in the second round of the 2A playoffs.
