Schulenburg’s Thompson 6th at State in Powerlifting

Schulenburg’s Calvin Thompson placed sixth at the 2A state powerlifting meet in the super heavyweight class last week in Abilene. Thompson lifted 680 pounds in squat, 315 pounds in bench press, and 510 pounds in dead lift for a total of 1,505 pounds.
