Of Note: Schulenburg has already clinched a playoff berth but can leap-frog Kenedy in the district standings with a win Friday, which would give the Horns a easier first round playoff matchup. Flatonia, meanwhile is limping to the finish of a frustrating season that saw the Bulldogs win their season opener over Louise, but have since lost eight straight.

Last meeting: Schulenburg defeated Flatonia 43-28 last season as quarterback Aaron Janecek ran for three touchdowns threw for three more, including two to Byron Johnson. Cale Janecka had a hand in three TDs for Flatonia, throwing for two TDs and running for a score. The Shorthorns snagged three interceptions in the game.
