Of Note: Danbury faces a must-win situation or it will be eliminated from the playoffs. Meanwhile Schulenburg will officially clinch a playoff berth with a victory. Danbury has lost two in a row (by a combined 88-7 margin) after beating Flatonia three weeks ago for their only district win. Schulenburg is coming off a 42-12 win over Bloomington last week that was probably even more lopsided than that score indicated. The Horns led 35-0 at halftime, averaged 20 yards a carry and ran for five touchdowns, including two by Da’terrion Houston. Horns QB Aaron Janecek was a perfect 5-for-5 passing last week.

Last meeting: The last time these two teams met was 2019 when the Horns beat Danbury 14-0.
