By contrast points were being scored in bunches last week when Schulenburg lost to Rogers 63-56, despite 394 passing yards and six touchdowns by Shorthorn quarterback Aaron Janecek. Byron Johnson caught 12 pass es for 232 yards and three touchdowns for the ‘Horns, and Jayse Janda also had three touchdown catches ... Burton went 6-5 last season and returned six offensive five defensive starters from last year’s team.

Last meeting: Schulenburg beat Burton 35-21 last season as Aaron Janecek ran for 148 yards and four touchdowns. Tyrone Gilmon ran for two touchdowns for the Panthers.
