Schulenburg Hoops Update

Schulenburg hosted the Boys Christmas Basketball Tournament on Dec. 27-28. The Varsity Boys won two games and lost two games, finishing in third place. The JV Boys won three games and lost one, finishing in second place. The freshmen boys won two games and lost one, finishing in second place.

The Shorthorns and Lady Horns played Ganado on Monday. The freshmen, JV and varsity boys played exhibition games against the Westernport Steelers of Australia at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, home of the San Antonio Spurs, on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Look for those results in Tuesday’s paper.
