On Pointe Dancers Reach New Heights

Students from On Pointe Studio and Events in Schulenburg traveled to Dallas/ Fort Worth the week of June 16-22 to perform their 25 dances at the National Competition Dance Showcase USA.

On Pointe competed with 47 studios from Texas and Oklahoma. It was not only memorable, but also a successful week for On Pointe.

On Pointe won multiple Pinnacle Awards for the highest scoring dances and also a Choreography Award, Best Costume Awards, and a Judges Choice Award.

All the groups from On Pointe were invited to perform at the Grand Showcase USA.

Petite Elite Group- age 7-8 (Adaline Appelt, Blayke Bacak, Sara-May Barnett, Stevi Kadlecek, Bettye Langhoff, Margot Machac, Elyse Muras, Lillie Posas, Lillian Skinner, Charlotte Stafford, Bailey Tousek, Kayelynn Truchard) - 1st in ballet category, 1st in tap category; 1st overall National Winners in ballet, 2nd overall National Winners in tap. 1st place at Grand Showcase USA with ballet.

Junior Elite Group- age 9-10 (Thomas Gorman, Audrie Jasek, Bryson Langhoff, Sydney Lann, Trinity Lundy, Madison Patlovany, Audrey Pietsch, Payton Poli, Lane Schiffli, Emma Simmons, Danica Vega) - 1st in ballet category, 1st in tap category; 2nd overall National Winners in tap, 5th overall National Winners in ballet. 2nd place at Grand Showcase USA with tap.

Teen Elite Group- age 12 (StassneyAhrens, Hannah Anderson, Madelyn Babb, Kayden Chrismon, Quinn DeLaRosa, Cate Hooper, Raiden Jalufka, Sarita Kinsey, Logan Lann, Danica Vega ) - 1st in ballet category, 1st in tap category; 1st overall National Winners in tap. 2nd place at Grand Showcase USA with tap.

Senior Elite Group- age 15-16 (Brinson Huette, Kamryn Kelly, Sarita Kinsey, Marybeth Krischke, Sophia Mick, Layla Pietsch) - 1st in ballet, 1st in tap category; 1st overall National Winners in ballet, 2nd overall National Winners in tap. 5th place at Grand Showcase USA with ballet.

On Pointe is in its 7th year in business and has been a competitive studio for 6 years. On Pointe is proud to offer not only competitive elite programs for ages 5-18, but also recreational programs for ages 2-18, adult fitness classes, and Taekwondo.
