Local Basketball Awards

• Congratulations to La Grange Senior basketball players John Gray, Veer Desai and Reece Nygren for earning Texas High School Coaches Association Academic All-State honors.

John was named to the 1st team and Veer and Reece were named to the 2nd team.

• From Flatonia, Duke Sodek made the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) All Region Boys Team. Summer Sodek made the TABC All Region Girls Team.
