La Grange High School grad Bravion Rogers continues to be a big factor for a Texas A&M football team that is undefeated and is ranked No. 3 in the nation and coming off a big win Saturday at LSU.

Rogers recovered a muffed punt in the second half of Saturday’s game that eventually led to an Aggies touchdown.

This was not the first time Rogers has starred on special teams for the Aggies.

After the win over Arkansas two weeks ago, A&M head coach Mike Elko named Rogers the team’s Special Teams Player of the Week.

“Bravion Rogers continues to be a major factor for us on special teams,” Elko said. “He does a great job as a gunner, getting down against what was a very dangerous punt returner. He made one big tackle and also drew a penalty that backed them up on the second- to-last drive of the game. Really excited with how he’s playing.”

Rogers, an Aggie junior, was a four year letterman for the Leps.
