Leps Fall in Regular Season Baseball Finale

Giddings ralllied for a come-from-behind 8-6 victory over the Leps Tuesday in Giddings. The victory clinches the third place spot in district for the Buffaloes, while the Leps will be the fourth seed out of District 22-4A. Max Dixon scored two runs and drove in two for the Leps. Braxton Dahse started the game for the Leps on the mound. Pitcher Gus Navejas got the win for Giddings with four innings of scoreless relief. The Leps will play Houston Furr next week in the opening round of the 4A playoffs.
