Leopard Trio Set New School Track Records

With some blistering times at the Swamp Relays in Rice Thursday, three La Grange track athletes set new school records in their events.

Austen Diggs, the reigning state 4A 200 meter champ and school record holder in that event showed he can run longer distances equally well, winning the 400 meters Thursday in a new school record time of 48.33.

La Grange freshman Macie Collier set new school records in both her hurdle races, winning the 300 hurdles in a new record time of

47.55 and won the 100 meter hurdles in a new record time of 16.06.

In a loaded field in the girls 200 meters at Rice, La Grange sophomore Kylie Trlicek placed fourth but still ran her way to a new school record time of 25.59.
