La Grange Hires New Head Volleyball Coach

La Grange has hired Cierra McCain as its new head volleyball coach. McCain, a Sam Houston State grad from Wallis, went 10-16 overall last season at Snook in her first year as a head coach and went to the second round of the 2A playoffs before falling to Schulenburg.

She takes over for Ryan O’Neal, who was the interim head volleyball coach last season. O’Neal remains the LGISD Girls Athletic Coordinator/ Head girls basketball coach.
