The La Grange boys and girls golf teams competed at district this week.
The girls failed to advance to regionals but the boys team will advance as the district runner- up behind Bellville The La Grange boys placed 2nd in District 22-4A with a score of 321/325 for a two-day total of 646 (finishing 11 strokes from a district championship).

• Grady Kocian (soph.) defeats Adrian Meneses (fresh.) in a one hole sudden death playoff for the 2nd place overall medal. Adrian earned the 3rd place medal.
