Of Note: The Bulldogs will try to snap their seven game losing streak at Weimar but it will not be an easy task against a Wildcat team that looks poised to grab the runner-up spot in District 15-2A. After starting the season 1-3 the Wildcats have since won three of their last four with a bruising rushing attack. Over the last two weeks Weimar had outscored its opponents 104-12. Flatonia is coming off a 21-17 loss to Kenedy. Thanks to touchdowns by Beck Zimmerman and Koren Scott, the Bulldogs had a late lead but couldn’t hold on ... The Bulldogs are trying to avoid their worst season since 2010 when they went 1-9 in Chris Freytag’s first year as coach.
