Faith Lutheran High School Boys Win First Basketball Game

Faith at Christmas

Faith Lutheran High School will present a Christmas Concert, “Faith at Christmas,” on Tuesday, Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. at FLHS. The program will include a collection of choir pieces, handbell pieces, hymns, scripture readings and more. Refreshments will be served following the program. This event will also be live streamed on their Facebook page.

Holy Cross Game Day The next monthly Game Day hosted by Holy Cross in Warda will be held on Thursday, Dec. 21 from noon-2 in the Fellowship Hall. Lunch will be served and games of dominoes, cards, scrabble etc. are available. Everyone is invited to attend; if you have questions you can contact Lisa at (979) 218-6000.

Thanksgiving at Tejas

Tejas Camp and Retreat Center is hosting Thanksgiving at Tejas on Nov. 24-26. Guests can book a room and enjoy activities such as night zip lining, axe throwing, crate stacking, rock wall climbing, kid zone, bazooka ball, crafts, dinner, tree lighting and fireworks. Christmas at Tejas

Christmas at Tejas will be Dec. 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22 and will be an overnight stay with the wonderful Christmas tradition of family activities including bounce houses, zip lines, fireworks and more. They are no longer offering evening dates/tickets. All Christmas events are overnight stays and include supper and breakfast.

Holy Cross Services

Services at Holy Cross Lutheran are Sunday at 9 a.m. Bible Class and Sunday school follows the morning service.

Faith Lutheran High School Everyone is invited to join the weekly Chapel Worship Services Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.

Basketball season is in full swing. The next game for the Falcons will be Tuesday, Nov. 28 at St. Paul Shiner at 5 p.m. The next archery competition will be Thursday November 30 at FLHS. They will host Grace Lutheran School Brenham, beginning at 2:45 p.m.
