Diggs Wins Silver At the Texas Relays

At the prestigious 96th annual Texas Relays at the University of Texas over the weekend, La Grange senior Austen Diggs placed second in the 6A/5A division of the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.50 seconds.

He was just off the pace set by Frisco Heritage’s Cordial Vann, who won with a time of 10.46.

Though La Grange is just a 4Aschool, Diggs had chosen to compete in the larger division.

Diggs ran a personal best time of 10.48 Friday during prelims.
