Columbus, Shiner and Ganado all Playing for State Football Championships This Week

The Texas high school football championship games are set after a wild weekend of action. Area teams playing for titles include Columbus, Shiner and Ganado, as well as the team that knocked the Leps from the playoffs, Waco La Vega. Here’s the complete schedule:

All games at AT&T Stadium, Arlington Wednesday, Dec. 18 Class 1A Division II (6-man) Jayton (14-0) vs. Oakwood (9-5), 11 a.m.

Class 1A Division I (6-man) Whiteface (14-0) vs. Gordon (14-0), 2 p.m. Class 2A Division II Muenster (13-2) vs. Shiner (12-3), 7 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 19
