Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Kendall County Livestock Judging Contest on Sunday, Jan. 7.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Gold Team was the Reserve Champion Junior Team. Team members consisted of Hudson Holub, Kinley Kutac, Abigale McBride, and Joe Carrales. Individually, Hudson was 4th and Kinley was 10th.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Maroon Team placed 3rd overall. Team members consisted of Emma Zweschper, Tate Fritsch, Adalyn Carrales, and Rilan Karisch. Individually Emma was 6th.

Judging as an individual in the Junior Division was Meredith Carruthers and Abbigale Eichler. Meredith was 7th.

The Fayette County 4-H Intermediate Maroon Team was the Champion Intermediate Livestock Judging Team. Team members consisted of Tatum Fritsch, Kaisley Janecka, Alexis Berckenhoff, and Abraham McBride. Individually, Tatum was the high point Intermediate Judger, Kaisley was 8th, and Alexis was 9th.

The Fayette County 4-H Intermediate Gold Team placed 3rd overall. Team members consisted of Kullen Kutac, Crockett Guenther, Holden Holub, and Dylan Zweschper. Individually, Kullen was 2nd.

The Fayette County 4-H Intermediate Green Team placed 8th overall. Team members consisted of Julia Melton, Paige Carruthers, Addison Berckenhoff, and Addison Eichler.

The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team placed 15th overall. Team members consisted of Railey Nieto, Peyton Gilchrest, Logan Poncik and Rheagan Karisch. Individually, Railey was 7th.

Judging as an individual was Brealey Nieto and Tori Newton.

The Livestock Judging Team is coached by JoJo and Kaci Carrales.
