Where on the Square? Contest Concludes With Two Winners

The ‘Where on the Square?’ contest concluded last week.

Last week’s winner was Shannon Teinert, who won a $25 gift card to Simple Rags. Her name was drawn from among those who correctly guessed that last week’s picture in The Record was architerctural detail on the Meservey Financial Building on 262 W. Colorado St.

From all the correct answers received during the month, a Grand Prize winner was drawn. Peggy Johnson, will receive tickets to a Bugle Boy show.

“Thank you to everyone who participated in ‘Where on the Square?’” said Caleb Parks, La Grange Main Street Manager and Department of Community Development Supervisor. “These four weeks have featured just a few of the architectural treasures that our historic district has to offer so we certainly encourage you to go our and try to find more. We were happy to bring this series back this year, and we hope everyone was able to appreciate our Historic Buildings in downtown a little bit more as a result. We hope to see y’all next year for ‘Where on the Square?’!”
