Turlington Wins Hermann Sons Scholarship
Weimar High School graduate Delaney Turlington was awarded a $1,500 Hermann Sons Life scholarship. Delaney is the daughter of Amanda and Jeremy Turlington.
Delaney was awarded the Hermann Sons Life Retirement Home Scholarship based on her application and essay, “What Hermann Sons Life Means to Me.”
She plans to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio and major in kinesiology to become a physical therapist.
Delaney is a member of Hermann Sons Life Schulenburg Lodge. She was a Hermann Sons Life dancer for one year; a camper for four years; and a counselor-in-training for two years.
The mission of Hermann Sons Life, a not-for-profit fraternal organization, is to strengthen communities through financial protection and service. It offers a variety of life insurance plans and annuity products for all ages as well as Medicare.
