‘Sunset in Dubina’ Quilt to Be Auctioned Off

Ladies in the community made a hand sewn, hand quilted quilt. The quilt pattern is “Around the World.” The title of the quilt is “Sunset in Dubina.” It is on display at Hill Bank & Trust Co. This beautiful quilt will be one of the many great items auctioned off at the Dubina Picnic on Sunday, July 6. Pictured are some of the seamstresses who helped sew the quilt. Starting a bottom right is Jean Wick, Jeanette Koenig, Patricia Mazoch, Laurie Hessell, Judy Falke, Father Chase (who gave us encouragement), Dolores Lauck, Wendy Syrinek (with grandson Easton Miller), Cindy Marek, and Margie Janecka. Missing the picture are Charlene Muras, Elizabeth Jones, Casandra Janecka, Ana Klesel, Debbie Klam, and Audrey Smyth.
