Risner, Steltzlen to Marry

Announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of Brooke Elizabeth Risner to James Edward Steltzlen. Brooke is the daughter of Bruce and Cindy Risner of Mont Belvieu and granddaughter of Agnes Winans of Channelview and granddaughter of James Risner of Huntsville, Alabama. James is the son of Jeff and Theresa Steltzlen of Boerne and the grandson of Frank and Barbara Walla of Fayetteville. The wedding is Oct. 14 at Balmorhea Weddings in Magnolia.
