Renowned Quilter Talks to Guild

The Colorado Valley Quilt Guild (CVQG) hosted Anne Moore, a National Quilting Instructor and Designer for Sew Steady/Westalee Design Rulers at their April evening meeting.

Anne has won numerous awards for her beautiful quilting and all done on a domestic machine. She also introduced the Guild to a special corded binding process. Anne’s Trunk Show was so much more than a trunk show. The meeting was more of an interactive show and tell.

The Colorado Valley Quilt Guild meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Randolph Recreation Center, 653 East Pearl Street, RoomAEast, La Grange. Guild meetings begin at 6 p.m. on even months and 10 a.m. on odd months. Meetings are always open to the public, so grab a friend and come learn more about this wonderful service organization right here in La Grange.
