Schulenburg’s Black History Month Celebration on Feb. 24-25 was “one of a kind” and definitely will be a challenge to be topped.

On Saturday, Feb. 24, the Grand Parade kicked off the weekend. All of the members of the parade made the event a great success. Over 80 Slingshot three-wheeled cars with drivers from San Antonio, Houston, and La Grange lined the parade in our small, rural town.
