Quilt Guild Hears About Pieced Paper Designs

The Colorado Valley Quilt Guild’s host for their MArch meeting was Kathryn (Kathy) Groves at BobKat Quilts from Leander. Her program was titled “How to Eat an Elephant.” She explored the world of Quitworx Paper Pieced patterns and Quilts.

The intricate Art of paper piecing was explained and shown how it can add a beautiful design element to each and every one of our quilts. The Colorado Valley Quilt Guild meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Randolph Recreation Center, located at 653 East Pearl Street, Room A East, in La Grange. Guild meetings begin at 6 p.m. on even months and 10 a.m. on odd months.
