New Ulm Honey Bee Jubilee Set May 4
The New UlmArea Chamber of Commerce will hold the annual Honey Bee Jubilee on May 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
The Honey Bee Jubilee is a community family festival held in historical New Ulm. The venue is the St. John Lutheran Church grounds and facilities located at 210 Hickory Rd.. The church grounds offer the perfect location for a fun Springtime festival.
The goal is to create a family atmosphere to promote and educate the public about the fabulous honey bees and the nature that surrounds them.
Some features include honey bee and nature related vendors (vendors are vetted to be sure their offerings are 50% honey/pollinator/nature related) including local honey, honey sampling, bee related crafts, local bee keeping clubs, native plant sales, and educational groups; displays workshop clinics, food and drink (honey bee), childrens activities, and more.
