Made in the Shade

The hot temperatures don’t just have humans seeking cooler climates. The animals at The Jersey Barnyard outside seek out the shade too. Above, employee Xeriah Jiminez holds one of the baby goats recently born at the farm under the cover of the barn. Below, the Jersey cows, goats and guinea fowl all seek out shade and water during the heat of a recent afternoon.
