Iconic local cowboy Ralph Fisher is not only the cover subject of Elaine Thomas’ new book (which will be released at The Record’s 103rd anniversary party next Friday, Nov. 1), but Fisher is also bringing two of his legendary longhorns to the party for people to take photos with.
