Leo Club Hears About Financial Literacy

The La Grange Leo Club would like to thank representatives Chelsea Torres and Sharon Chovanec with Round Top State Bank for sponsoring their February meeting and providing a program titled “The Importance of Financial Literacy.” Bank deposit products were explained such as checking, savings, and certificates of deposit and the advantages of each. The importance of setting savings goals were also explained. Each participant also received a certificate to open a checking or savings account at Round Top Bank in La Grange for $10.
