La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of March 5-11: Accident
On March 6, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 1900 block of Hwy.159 for an accident.
On March 8, Officer Kevin Currington worked a one-vehicle accident in the 400 block of W. Travis with no injuries.
On March 11, Officer Jeffrey Archerd was dispatched to the 700 block of W. Travis for a one-vehicle accident. Citations were issued.
Citizen Assist
On March 7, Wostarek did a citizen assist at One St. Marks Place On March 7, Archerd was dispatched to the 400 block of S. Jefferson for a citizen assist.
Criminal Mischief
On March 7, Archerd was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Pearl in regards to possible criminal mischief.
Disorderly Conduct
On March 6, Wostarek was dispatched to the 1200 block of N. Von Minden in regards to disorderly conduct.
On March 10, Wostarek was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Travis in regards to disorderly conduct.
Disturbance
On March 10, Sgt. Travis Anderson received a call in regards to a disturbance in the 400 block of N. Jefferson Family Violence
On March 10,Archerd was dispatched to the 100 block of N. Jefferson in regards to assault. Found Narcotics
On March 7, Archerd was dispatched to the 1600 block of N. Jefferson in regards to narcotics.
Forgery
On March 8, Officer Brett Meinardus spoke to caller about his checkbook being stolen in the 700 block of N. Washington and checks were used.
Harassment
On March 6, Archerd spoke with complainant in the 400 block of N. Horton in regards to a text message the complainant had received.
Loud Music
On March 5, Anderson received a call for loud music in the 100 block of W. Live Oak. The source was located and music turned down.
Reckless Driver
On March 8, Officer Kevin Currington spoke with a subject about reckless driving in the 200 block of W. Travis.
Suspicious Person/vehicle On March 5, Anderson received a call in regards to an unknown male in the roadway trying to flag down vehicles at N. Von Minden and N. Franklin.
On March 7, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Colorado in regards to a suspicious person.
On March 7, Wostarek was dispatched to the 800 block of N. Franklin in regard to a suspicious vehicle.
On March 7, Archerd was dispatched to the 800 block of E. Uppperline in regard to a suspicious vehicle.
On March 8, Meinardus was dispatched to the 500 block of N. Monroe for a subject walking in the area. Subject was gone upon officers arrival.
On March 8, Meinardus responded to the 1700 block of Old Plum Hwy. for a subject acting suspicious and complainant would like to have him criminally trespassed.
