Morgan Zator and Todd Campbell are the new owners of Jerry’s General Store, which will be transformed into a gallery and event space filled with luxury home goods, an apothecary, unique furniture and yes, a little hardware. Pop-ups will mix it up, offering new experiences and other artists’ works. Zator is a ceramist, designer and artist and Campbell is a masterful artistic metalsmith. ”We’ve had our own studios but this is our first store. We’re still in the midst of renovating big-time. I found this building on my first trip to Fayetteville and quickly envisioned the possibilities. I invited Todd to come see it and we bought it the next week,” commented Zator. “The name of the store is going to be Sown with Seed.”

The store won’t open until sometime in October. They’re currently building a shop, studio, retreat space and much more on 26 acres of land in Lone Oak they are calling La Chacra Divina. That translates to Divine Land Sown with Seed. “My mom, Cynthia Zator (aka Grammy), recently moved to Fayetteville. I started visiting her regularly and really enjoyed the peaceful nature and how kind everyone was. Coming from Austin, we have really missed the feeling of a warm community. It feels as though God is calling us here.”
