Jennifer Schattle Attends Bank Operations Institute

The Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) hosted its Bank Operations Institute (BOI) last week at the Dallas/ Fort Worth Airport Marriott.

Local community banker Jennifer Schattle, Assistant Vice President, BSA/AML Officer and Assistant Compliance Officer of National Bank & Trust in La Grange, attended the program, which took place Oct. 9-14.

BOI is a two-year program that meets each fall for six days. It offers strategic insight into the present and future of banking processes, project management, technology and cybersecurity— with a focus on helping students develop and enhance their managerial competencies around the operations of community banking. Concentration areas include strategic operations, leadership development and compliance education.
