Holiday Music Show Sunday in Ellinger

The Ellinger Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Holiday Music Show on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022, at the Ellinger Community Center. The event will be featuring the Dujka Brothers, D’Vine Testament and Friends, and Zach Kovar. Come enjoy gospel, country, holiday, polka and waltz music from 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Admission tickets are $5. Doors will open at 10 a.m. They will also be having a bake sale, raffle, and silent auction. A fried chicken and sausage meal will also be available. You may dine in or drive thru; plates will be $15 and serving begins at 10:30 a.m.

Advent Worship Schedule

The Shared Lutheran Ministry of Fayette County has shared its Advent Worship schedule. Soup suppers are back again. Meals will be served at 6 p.m. and worship begins at 7 p.m. The worship rotations are as follows: Nov. 30 - Warrenton; Dec. 7- Rutersville; Dec. 14- Fayetteville; Dec. 21 (longest night service) - Rutersville.

Joint Worship

The Shared Lutheran Ministry of Fayette County will be having a joint worship on Christmas day at 8:30 a.m. at St. John’s Warrenton and on Jan. 1, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. John Rutersville.

Fayetteville Brethren Church

Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Face book page.

Ellinger VFD

The Ellinger Volunteer Fire Department will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the fire station. There will not be a drill this month.

Ellinger Sewer and Water

The Ellinger Sewer and Water Supply Corporation will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. at the Elliinger Fire Station.

Ellinger C of C

The Ellinger Chamber of Commerce will holding its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Ellinger Community Center.
