Hinze Marches in London on New Year’s Day

Giddings High School senior Reagan Hinze (the great granddaughter of La Grange’s Joann Mueller) got to visit London as part of the Varsity Spirit cheerleading squad. They marched in the London New Year’s Day Parade, a three-mile route. Reagan was selected for the trip because she earned the designation as an All-American cheerleader during a cheer camp in Corpus Christi last summer. She is the daughter of Nicholas and Karla Hinze of Giddings. She is shown here in front of the Tower Bridge over the Thames River in London. Reagan was joined on her seven day trip by her mother Karla, grandmothers Dianna Surman and Joyce Hinze and aunt Brandi Surman.
