Highway 77 Wreck

A two-vehicle crash on US 77 north of La Grange shut down traffic on the highway for about two hours Sunday afternoon. The wreck happened around 4 p.m. in between Bear Creek Rd. and Schramm Rd. At least two people were injured, but details about the wreck or the extent of the injuries were not available in time for this publication. La Grange Volunteer Fire Department, Winchester Area Volunteer Fire Department, Fayette County EMS, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Department of Public Safety all responded to the wreck.
