Gardenia Animal Shelter Update

As of April 27, in take for the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter is 546: 265 dogs and 281 cats in need. As of April 27, the shelter has 95 animals in care: 69 dogs/26 cats. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner.

The shelter continues to offer a discount voucher program to the citizens of Fayette County for the spay/neuter of family pets. Call (979) 9660021 for more information.
