Flatonia-Cistern Farm Bureau Christmas

The annual Flatonia-Cistern Farm Bureau Christmas Dinner and quarterly meeting was held on Dec. 19 at the American Legion Hall in Flatonia. The meeting was called to order by Flatonia - Cistern Farm Bureau President Danny Vyvjala. Danny introduced Pat Lyons, the Silver Star and Purple Heart Honoree, for his service in Vietnam. The members voted to give $500 each to the FFA and 4H Clubs. The birthday/anniversary cupcakes were enjoyed by all the members. The next Flatonia - Cistern Farm Bureau meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 19. It will be a potluck dinner.
