Justice of the Peace Jamie Moreau is halfway through her four-year term. “They say time flies when you are having fun,” stated Moreau. “I love working with the public, learning new things and facing challenges head-on, so two years into my four-year term, I would definitely say my time in office has flown by.
While not at all seasoned, I have had enough training and experience to feel prepared and confident in knowing how to handle the more common issues that come through this office. I have a very strong support system and resources to help me with the less common situations that arise.” Look for highlights about her tenure in office in the next column.
