Ellinger Chamber Meets Tuesday
The Chamber will meet on Tuesday, Jan. 9 at 7 p.m. in the Dining Hall. All Chamber and community members are invited.
Shared Lutheran Ministry Sunday School will be at St. John in Rutersville on Sunday, Jan. 7 from 3-5 p.m. All ages are invited, and this month’s lesson will be on the Twenty-third Psalm.
On this same Sunday at 2 p.m. at St. Paul in Fayetteville will be the 11th Night Concert. This concert will be led by Pastor Ivy Schulz from Frelsburg/New Ulm. Christmas and Advent music will be played and Bishop Mike Reinhart on the organ will be featured. This event will have a free will offering to support the Turtle Wing Foundation.
St. John in Ellinger will have their annual meeting on Sunday, Jan. 14 following worship.
The Shared Lutheran Ministry Council will meet in Rutersville on Tuesday, Jan. 16 at 5:30 p.m. The individual church councils will then meet at 6:30 p.m.
Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.
Brethren Church
Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Facebook page.
LGISD to Resume Classes La Grange ISD will resume classes on Tuesday, Jan. 9.
