County Historical Commission Honored

Last Thursday the Fayette County Commissioners Court presented a 2023 Distinguished Service Award from the Texas Historical Commission to the Fayette County Historical Commission. The Texas Historical Commission granted the award to the Fayette County Historical Commission “in recognition of its active and well-balanced preservation program.” On hand for the signing were several representatives from the Fayette County Historical Commission.
